This practice do profiling, assuming patient does not speak English based on last name and asking her if we need an interpreter. Unprofessional! Arrived 25min before 930 appt, front desk said she'll let the staff know at the back that my wife is here early. At 10am, I checked with front desk after waiting for 30min, they were confused, she thought my wife is already inside and found out the front desk did not bring her chart back.
