I want to give a big shout-out to Stacy Whaley and the technicians in the service dept. They worked relentlessly on my very used Roadtrek in unbearable heat but they persevered. Just picked up a special order 2019 Winnebago Minnie Drop. Everything went perfect, no surprises. Jason was a great salesman and very informative. Service department did an outstanding job on preparing my tow vehicle. Thank you.
I called on Wednesday and talked to Joe about 2 problems and I was told to bring it in on Thursday. They were able to get the frig to work on LP gas but could not find out why it is leaking water from the back. Also a switch was bad and they had to order one. I will return on the 17th for more repairs.
I had a wonderful experience today at Snyder's RV. John went above and beyond to help me with a problem I was having I will only get my RV service there from now on!!
