Just did my impressions! So happy to get a second try! LOL I can't wait for Tuesday to mail them in and start my process! This has been way easier than braces were! Let's hope I get approved!!! :-) :-)
I had originally rated negative, but after several up's and down's my impressions finally were approved and I received my aligners. Hopefully have a good outcome from this point on. The person on their Customer Care team named Kendall was very helpful and truly worked to turn the whole experience around!
I just received my first set ... and they snapped right on to my teeth !!! So excited !!! Can't wait to see results ..
So far supa good! I have all of my aligners and they are always comfortable yet effective. :)
I sent out my impression kit over a month ago & didn't hear anything back, so I called today & they said my impressions weren't approved & that I needed to buy another set. They didn't email, call or anything. I had to call to find out that they want me to spend more money.
Very happy with customer service experience. Some issues with pricing were resolved quickly and company reached out to me immediately. Thank you!!!
Updated review. Snapcorrect fixed issue. Previous review: I ordered Groupon for 200$ off treatment plan which was 1495$.That was on September 12th. I should pay 1295$ for treatment after discount. Impression kit arrived on September 26th. From October they raise the price to 1749$ and they don't want to honor previous price which was when I ordered impression kit and start communicating with them, uploading photos, providing information they asked etc. I am very disappointed with their Customer Service and the way they deali... read more
I love SnapCorrect aligners. SnapCorrect is helping me achieve the smile I'm striving towards. Nice, clear aligners with minimal discomfort that don't ride up on the gumline. Great, helpful and informative customer service with quick response time. Much better service than another aligner company I unfortunately dealt with before finding SnapCorrect. I opened my box yesterday. It was so exciting to look at tray 30 and see how straight they will be! I love it. I put in my new try last night. At first I thought it was too tight on my gums but that quickly went away and I don't feel the same pressure that I did with my last tray. Thanks!
