I have two littles, so the daunting thought of going back into braces with regular appointments was definitely not something I wanted to do, however my teeth shifting was really starting to bother me. 5 stars!! So far I have had a great experience with SnapCorrect!! My impressions were accepted on the first try, and the customer service is excellent. If you call and they aren’t open yet (I’m in a different time zone) you don’t have to worry about calling back later because they call you!! I have had a great experience so far and can’t wait for my aligners to get here. Can’t come fast enough!
My daughter just received her aligners recently. They are SO clear that I’m constantly asking her if she is wearing them. She even wore them in her senior pics. Undetectable!!! Once we sent in the molds an email said they were making her aligners. Two weeks later an email said they were sent. Two weeks later we had the aligners. So far this company has surprised me in their competence and quality. I was scared to try an all mail order system for aligners. My older two kids has traditions braces. Took me two or three times to get a good impression but I’m on my first month and love it so far.
frustrated with service.... after you pay they forget about you
I received an email October 4, 2017 stating that they received my impressions and that I would hear back from them in about 15 days with an update. Well, 6 months and a few calls later, I was told they would sell me another impression kit because too much time had gone by. The representative acknowledged that they normally send an email updating customers about impressions if something didn’t take or if they were good.
