I have been waiting six weeks for them to get back to me about my impression kit. No communication, no response to emails. I gave up.
I ordered my impressions kit in September, ended up having to do two impressions kits, which is fine. I didn't bite down far enough on the top the first time. So paid a second kit wich that time left huge sores on the roof of my mouth and was extremely painful but i had to push up hard for the clay to reach my gum line. So I sent them in and received an email stating they received my kit. That was October 30th I never herd anything back! Waited over a month! The customer service was great but unfortunately I could not get good impressions due to the size of the impression trays. After three tries, I went with a competitor and comparing the impression trays next to each other you could see just how incredibly large that SnapCorrects were in comparison. My impressions were approved on my first try with the other company. It's very unfortunate, but SnapCorrect should consider getting some smaller sized impression trays for those of us with smaller mouths. I could have done those im... read more
Customer service is wonderful! I have just started my snapcorrect journey (week 2 of my 2nd aligners) and everything is as they claim it to be. It’s exciting to look at my final retainer to see my teeth straight! The aligners are comfortable and took no time at all to get use to!
The impressions were pretty easy to do if you follow the instructions and watch the video. The impression kit was delivered quickly. I already sent them back. Waiting to see if my impressions were accepted. Curious on how long it will take to get my treatment plan and first set of aligners. Haven't been able to find much info on how long it takes to start the whole process on getting the first set.
