Going to give this a try. Do we have to pay for each impressions kit? Or is it all paid at once? For steps 1 through 5?
I did my impressions the first week of January and received an email saying that they would get back to me in 10-15 business days. It has been almost 7 weeks and I have heard nothing. I understand that sometimes things take extra time, but communication is crucial, especially regarding remote services. As other reviewers have said, the company is extremely slow to respond and somewhat unprofessional. The owner has also left a 5 star review for his own company on the Facebook page.

Just paid for my treatment plan, so we will see how that goes. My experience so far has me very skeptical. Started doing impressions in November, and after 4 or 5 sets were rejected for the same reasons over 3 months, I finally asked for my money back. They magically found a set of lower impressions that would work (who knows which set) and claimed a miscommunication on my account. If I could give a zero I would. First time I sent them in I received no email...when I called they said it must of went to your junk mail(NO IT DID NOT) I got all the other emails so ?? Then they said it was not a good impression so I paid for another kit $29.00.. sent it off again.....not good...I should call them REALLY...
