I visited Snap Fitness in Harborcreek while I was visiting Erie. I also had the pleasure of working with Andrew who put together a thorough program that I can continue to use at my gym here in Ohio. Snap Fitness is a small gym but has everything you need to get in a good workout. I look forward to visiting again when I visit Erie.
Clean club, great equipment. whether you want machines, free weights, treadmills, eliptacles, you can find them here. Usually good group of members with gym etiquette. aside from obvious busy times, never packed where you can't do what you need to do. Andy is usually around to answer questions and the training staff are always nice.

My son tried to cancel his membership for days prior to the automatic renewal date. He went to snap fitness, the we’re unable to cancel. He emailed them, and they did not cancel. Finally on the day that it renewed they finally were able to cancel after they charged another 39.95 to his account. The owner of snap fitness in Harborcreek on Buffalo road was conveniently not available until another month was charged. Terrible customer service.
I’ve been around and tried multiple gyms and this one is by far my favorite. No wait time, nice and helpful staff and co members and the 24/7 access is excellent for those with family and crazy schedules. Love this gym!
Andy is doing a great job getting me into shape. Very clean for a gym.
