Although we didn't purchase the car the customer service was fantastic!!
They kept in contact and called..not too much to be annoying but just enough to keep in touch from a distance

They were very friendly. I was able to test any car. No pressure but helpful.
Unusual situation as they say "no salesman, no commissions, etc.". I dealt with Meghan, who was courteous and professional. The vehicle was in fair condition at best. I made a "cash" offer on the car. She returned, advised her boss said my offer was too low that the price advertised was the amount they needed to get. At this point, we were done and I left without purchasing a vehicle.

Dealership immediately contacted me once the car was no longer available, preventing me from making an unnecessary trip. Also advised me of the arrival of a similar vehicle in the near future. Timely, responsive & professional.
