Super friendly and upfront transparent with sales and what they can do. I feel I got a great deal with no hassle and a fair trade in for my aging Suburban. I will use these guys again for car shopping. They have a very unique approach and building for selling and showing cars. Excellent customer service
I applied for a certain vehicle with financing and was told that I was approved after I had to call the multiple times. Once I got through and had the great news of approval my next step was getting the payment term details and prepare for the drive since I live in the state of MD. The lady I spoke with told me I would have to call back because the finance felt was out of the office, to call me back and say that she spoke with him and the vehicle I was approved for is a vehicle I can’t get because of loan discrepancies.
