We showed up at the building and we’re instantly taken back to the car. The man was very friendly and laid back. He left us alone to look it over at our leisure, which we loved. When we were ready for a test drive, he pulled the car around and we were able to take the car without him which was very nice. We were able to express our opinions freely. The cd player didn't work. They were going to replace it with used unit. Made the hour and half trip to have it replaced. Drove around town 5 hours waiting for a call to tell us it was ready. I finally called them and found that the unit they put in also didn't work. They ordered another used unit and I made arrangements to return a second time but decided not to. I'll replace with an after market unit in my home town. Costing me more.

Does not negotiate price. More concerned about customer having good credit. Not willing to work with customers who have good income. Only if the customer has a well established co-signed.
Very responsive via email. Dealership was closed when we were free, but seemed like they would have been great to work with
