Great customer service.
Talked with a sales rep. He confirmed there is rust on the frame. Since their location is so far away from us, we will not be going to see this one. However, someone near might find the rust is minimal?

I usually try to stay away from non franchised used car dealers because the cars there are almost always cars that franchised dealers send to auction for one reason or another. This car was no exception. The day I go out to look at it, they call me as I'm on my way to tell me they took the car to the shop. That was enough for me to be done. The staff is courteous and easy to deal with.
I found several Nissan Leafs listed on the CarGurus site by Snap Cap Buying, and I sent an email regarding two of them. The dealer replied very promptly and answered all of my questions, sometimes clearly making an extra effort to find out the answers. In the end, I bought a Leaf from another source just because it had the features I wanted, but I highly recommend Snap Car Buying. It is so helpful to have a dealer that will respond promptly to email enquiries and work to find the answers for you!

So far, so good! Megan was attractive, knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. Harris assisted me with paperwork, and went out of his way to assist me. I ended up buying this car from Snap, but will receive delivery late this week. So, if everything goes as smoothly and good as it has already, I will be more than happy! Thanks!
