They are very dishonest. Shady Grove Fertility has some kind of agreement with them, BUT they are out of network with many insurance companies, including Aetna. I had a lot of issues understanding their pricing, as it was way higher than e.g. CVS Specialty. Only later I discovered they were out of network and had never, in the many calls we'd had, disclosed this to me. This place literally tried to rob us we found the medicine they tried to sell us for 7k. For 326 dollars total this place is a scam when you see them run. Scam scam scam

I could not wait to switch to this pharmacy after meeting my lifetime max with my insurance in-network pharmacy, and it was a completely night and day experience going from an incompetent facility to a group of healthcare providers that actually know what they're doing.
