In a world where the objective seems to be getting the food from the freezer to the table as fast as possible, smoQ was created out of a passion to do things the right way! SmoQ was designed with an emphasis on the smoker because the smoker was designed with an emphasis on slow cooking. Coupling that, is a desire to create southern food with a flair while holding true to the values that make southern cuisine special.

Could not rate the food because the hostess was quite possibly the rudest person on the planet . Multiple tables empty and was told 45 min wait . Will never return. Can not tolerate rudeness when going to spend my money .
A friend and I went to SmoQ yesterday! The food was excellent and the service was as well! The next we traveling that way we will partake again!👍
Our food yesterday was amazing it was hot it was fresh corn muffins were wonderful but the best part of my plate was the fried ribs they were amazing I would definitely go back and refer friends and family
Food was amazing
On Wednesday, July 11, 2018, my husband and I meet our daughter and boyfriend there around 7PM. Waitress took our drink order and returned about 15 minutes later. She then took our dinner order which was around 7:30. At about 8PM she came by and said our order would be up soon. Another half hour passed when she came back to say that she was sorry and that she was an idiot because she didn’t push the button to send our order to the cook. Excellent! Reading some of the bad reviews shows most people with complaints don't under the nature of real smoked meats. Why would anyone want to be in the restaurant business where having to kiss up to ingrates seems to be par for the course?
As out of towners, this was our first time eating at Smoq BBQ. The food and service were excellent! Our server "Ali" was pleasant and very knowledgeable of the menu. She made some good recommendations for menu choices as well. Thank you for a great time! I can't wait to come back!
