In a world where the objective seems to be getting the food from the freezer to the table as fast as possible, smoQ was created out of a passion to do things the right way! SmoQ was designed with an emphasis on the smoker because the smoker was designed with an emphasis on slow cooking. Coupling that, is a desire to create southern food with a flair while holding true to the values that make southern cuisine special.

I went with a foodie friend for lunch in his request/recommendation after checking the place out online. I must say I was very impressed with the service (Stephanie) and the food. The food is amazing with great tasting sides. The portions were so large that I ended up taking some home. Definitely recommending this place and hitting it up again!
Went to SmoQ Springdale on 9/28/18. Ordered pulled chicken and got dog food! This is why I haven't been there in 5 yrs. And the green bean "soup" was disgusting. Won't be back....EVER!!!
GREAT FOOD & GOOD SERVICE. DRINKS ARE NICE AS WELL.

I will never go here again. I had shrimp and grits i didn’t want it do to it the size of the food. So a Manger came to my table and i told her why i didn’t want the food. So she asked us anything wrong with it. So i said i just told you the problem. The lady then takes the plate didn’t say sir I’m sorry Can i get you anything else or nothing. I then find the lady. I have bragged about this restaurant for years I bring my family here and usually have a good time, food is usually reasonable and good, it took a while to be seated even though their was tables available, everything was pretty good except the price I really do not like surprises or cost of the non alcoholic drinks was disappointed in the price of the beverage, I noticed the amount of bed of salad was much less and the price have gone up, I had less food less condiments had to pay for extra quoted one price but paid another ... read more
Second time going went years ago. The food was terrible then, no taste, and long wait. This time got something different thinking it will be better, but nope it was even nastier. I must say my sister order the crab croquets spell check lol, and they were pretty good!! I recommend if you go there to get anything get that and some French fries. 🤷🏾♀️
