Authentically good BBQ & southern food with a flair. If it's legal, we'll smoQ it! In a world where the objective seems to be getting the food from the freezer to the table as fast as possible, smoQ was created out of a passion to do things the right way! SmoQ was designed with an emphasis on the smoker because the smoker was designed with an emphasis on slow cooking. Coupling that, is a desire to create southern food with a flair while holding true to the values that make southern cuisine special.

Service was excellent. Atmosphere was off and food wasn't great. Everything had a bitter taste.
pulled pork, brisket and meatloaf is what we tried. It was all amazing! Smoked flavor is evident but not overpowering! Cheese and bacon grits were good too and oh those corn bread muffins!! Topped off with a smoq'd peach sangria! We will be back!
First time here and was not disappointed!! The food was fantasic! The service was the best I have ever experienced. Everyone was out to make sure we had a good experience. Our kids even got a nice surprise. Would highly recommend!!
I was pretty apprehensive to eat here as I have a hard time finding decent barbecue. Being a professional barbecue pitmaster I can be pretty hard to please. My wife suggested we stop and give it a try. I'm glad we did! I had the ribs and brisket, 2 of the harder items to cook and hold well. The ribs were very good. Tender but not over cooked and mushy. This was my first time coming here and it was fantastic! Wonderful staff! They brought my buddy and I sampler platter of all their sides. Will definitely be back.

Our waiter was great, he was knowledgeable and polite. We ordered the Memphis Platter for Two. A lot of great food, we couldn't eat it all. The baby back ribs and brisket were outstanding!
