At 8:26 (closing time is 9) we walked in to be told that the floor was wet and the employee needed to clean it and “just wanted to get out of here since she had been there all day”. She wouldn’t serve us. Hope management can train their staff better.
It was my first time at a Smoothie King and the guys working were very helpful. I am battling cancer and they helped me choose the right immune builder smoothie and it was very good. Great customer service!
I witnessed the staff being very rude to a customer and her small child. Not only that their drinks are subpar and overpriced. Will not return.

I frequent this location at least 3-4 times a week. The owner, Jason, is easily one of the most customer friendly people that I've ever met. Every visit he greets my friends and I by name, and memorizes exactly what smoothies we get. Not only is his customer service spectacular, but he is always highly engaging and interested in conversing with you about anything, while delivering your order in a timely manner. I would highly recommend visiting this establishment to anyone that lives in the area. You won't be disappointed.
