Not sure I'd go back I have been a client of Smooth Solutions for about 6 yrs. My treatments have all been very successful but I also have dark, coarse hair which I've been told responds well to treatment. Worst scheduling process ever. I would love to be able to rate Smooth Solutions, their handling of me, or even how my results are. Unfortunately, I've been working with the schedulers for nearly two months just to get my first "treatment" appointment. They had no problem getting me in right away for a consultation, nor did they have any difficulty in taking my money. Smooth Solutions is taking too long to work.... After getting my 6th and final treatment of laser hair removal.... I have not seen ANY reduction in hair growth. My "bikini zone" hair is now slightly less coarse, but it's all there. I'm scared to pay more to keep going, because I am not sure if it works!

Moneymaking Scam I went to the Smooth Solutions for a consultation and I was surprised that even before they did a test patch, they started to talk about the money, commitment etc. As it turns out, THEY DO NOT DO A TEST PATCH ! Smooth Solutions is Unsafe Its' a terrible place. I wouldn't be surprised if the "good" reviews below were posted by their own employees. Their technician burned my legs and my stomach, even though I complained to her about the pain and redness (yes, like those stories you always here about). It was clear that she did not know what she was doing, and the guy that runs that place admitted that she made a mistake. Seven months later, I STILL have dark spots on my legs and my stomach.
Poor Svc, Poor Value, Poor Treatment I should have known better, live an learn. These folks are the most unprofessional people in the industry. My last treatment was in 2007 and I decided (against my better judgement) to try them again...they are cheap so I was trying to save a buck, forgetaboutit! Smooth Solutions does not work and it is painful I did the hair laser removal on my underarms. It was extremely painful and it did not work at all. I still have to shave everyday. I went to 7 or 8 treatments. I was going to complain but I didn't want to endure any more pain and realized it just doesn't work.
