Moneymaking Scam I went to the Smooth Solutions for a consultation and I was surprised that even before they did a test patch, they started to talk about the money, commitment etc. As it turns out, THEY DO NOT DO A TEST PATCH ! Smooth Solutions is Unsafe Its' a terrible place. I wouldn't be surprised if the "good" reviews below were posted by their own employees. Their technician burned my legs and my stomach, even though I complained to her about the pain and redness (yes, like those stories you always here about). It was clear that she did not know what she was doing, and the guy that runs that place admitted that she made a mistake. Seven months later, I STILL have dark spots on my legs and my stomach.
Poor Svc, Poor Value, Poor Treatment I should have known better, live an learn. These folks are the most unprofessional people in the industry. My last treatment was in 2007 and I decided (against my better judgement) to try them again...they are cheap so I was trying to save a buck, forgetaboutit! Smooth Solutions does not work and it is painful I did the hair laser removal on my underarms. It was extremely painful and it did not work at all. I still have to shave everyday. I went to 7 or 8 treatments. I was going to complain but I didn't want to endure any more pain and realized it just doesn't work.
Laser Hair Removal Nightmare I visited this place over 12+ times a few years ago for laser hair removal on my upper lip and and bikini area. Their substandard lasers burned me on several occasions and left permanent hyperpigmentation on my upper lip. I've sought the advice of several of Dallas' top dermatologists and facial plastic surgeons; I've had microdermabrasions, and have spent thousands (truly!) in products trying to get the dark shading above my lip faded. a customer I am happy with my treatments, as well as the pricing. However, they really need to work on their scheduling (Plano office). I have driven all the way over there 2x and been sent home due to having been booked on the wrong laser. I have been kept waiting 30 minutes or more in the waiting room, as well as waiting in the prep room. I have had my appointment time changed inexplicably from what my appointment card says. Are all the hair supposed to be burnt off b4 u leave office? Well I don't have anything really bad to say, but I did go to smooth solutions in Lewisville like 3x's. If Dr. Finder wld reply to this it wld be great. I was told not to shave the hair on my chin for the treatment. I wanna know is the laser supposed to removal the hair then or is it supposed to just eventually fall out? Another happy customer I was very impressed with my experience at Smooth Solutions. I had been considering laser hair removal for quite some time, but found the cost prohibitive at other centers. I heard SS's ad on the radio for 3 underarm sessions for $99 and figured I would try it out.
Smooth Solutions is afforable and accomodating I've been getting laser treatments since last year (I have 2 more treatments left) I notice the difference of hair in the areas treated since the beginning! I am until now very please with the results, I still shave but the hair is much less that before when I was waxing and shaving.
