I called today to schedule yet ANOTHER appointment to treat all three areas AGAIN. I have been informed that Dr. Finder has sold this location (Plano) and they will not honor the no charge agreements that were in place to guarantee satisfaction. professionalism Great level of professionalism and customer service and the treatments work great. I am on my way to being hair free. I recommend Smooth Solutions to any individual wanting to eliminate unwanted hair and be free from shaving.
Poor work , cheap lasers that burn I visited this place over 12+ times for laser hair removal on my upper lip and and bikini area. Their substandard lasers burn me several occasions and left permanent hyperpigmentation on my bikini area. The staff is under trade and is NEVER the same person when you go back. I still hait alot of hair after 13 treatments. PLease save your money and go some where else. VERY poor work is done there.
Not sure I'd go back I have been a client of Smooth Solutions for about 6 yrs. My treatments have all been very successful but I also have dark, coarse hair which I've been told responds well to treatment. Before trying Smooth Solutions I went to a dermatologist thinking it would be safer, more effective and had 3 unsuccessful treatments. Worst scheduling process ever. I would love to be able to rate Smooth Solutions, their handling of me, or even how my results are. Unfortunately, I've been working with the schedulers for nearly two months just to get my first "treatment" appointment. They had no problem getting me in right away for a consultation, nor did they have any difficulty in taking my money. Smooth Solutions is taking too long to work.... After getting my 6th and final treatment of laser hair removal.... I have not seen ANY reduction in hair growth. My "bikini zone" hair is now slightly less coarse, but it's all there. I'm scared to pay more to keep going, because I am not sure if it works!
Smooth Solutions what a waste!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not go here staff is very unprofessional and gross!!!! Yes they are cheap but u get what u pay for, and when it comes to a laser being put on my body I know now to spend the extra 50-100 bucks and get it done right the first time!!!!!!!!
