I always bring my 2 Huskies and my 2 cats in and they treat them like royalty! I literally will never take my fur babies any where else! They treat me really well when I go in and drop them off! I highly recommend their services!
I don’t normally post reviews but...We LOVE Charlie’s! It took us a while to find a groomer that did what we asked and cared for Auggie the way we do! I went out of the country for 10 days and was not able to brush Auggie regularly. Due to this he obtained many mattes. Charlie’s groomers were so patient and tended to the mattes with such care. We definitely recommend them, especially to doodle owners. We are so grateful to have found them, they are definitely a gem in Gainesville!

Love �Love� Love �Smoochie Pooch!!! Boo~Bear stresses pretty bad in cars....and at the Old Groomer/Vet from the other Dogs n Kennels. This is Easy Peasy. Tina is GREAT!! Such a Caring Person for Our Boy � They Pull Up on Time. Come to the Door to Get Your Baby. Whisk him or her away for Some TLC. Then They are back Inside within the Hour!! Low Stress Ease at it's Best!!
I would give them 6 stars if I could. I didn’t know that my dog’s fur needed to be pulled out a certain way (he’s a mutt and has weird fur) and Petsmart either didn’t know or didn’t tell me and just shaved him. Charlie’s fixed the damage and did an amazing job educating me about his fur type. Everyone is very friendly and they do an amazing job. I highly recommend them!
My Golden always leaves Charlie's smelling and looking so good! She's a rescue, so she's usually fearful around men, but not at Charlie's! They're better-priced than the chain groomers in town, and it's just a better, less stressful experience for my dog.
I absolutely love this place. I have a cat who they have groomed for years. You can really tell they care. Everytime I come in, the employees are loving on the pets. My cat always comes home smelling amazing. This is the place to go for cat grooming!
I brought my cat in for a bath and to be groomed. The staff were very nice and did a great job on Cali. Very pleased and will be back again!
Been using Smoochie Pooch for a few years now, I am always pleased at the quality of their work. They treat my Great Dane like a queen. Today you all did even one better, you squeezed my girl in, now our un-expected guest will be greeted with a well groomed girl. THANK YOU!!!
Today was my first groom experience for my goldendoodle, Mortimer and he was calm and happy when I picked him up and his trim makes him look great.
