I can’t say enough about the atmosphere and staff at Charlie’s. I had a horrible experience and never used a groomer after that. That being said, due to my health changing, grooming my 80 pound senior is just to much. I went by the reviews and I am so happy I chose them. I walked in to pick him up early(I was nervous to be honest) and I see him in the back laying in his groomers lap while another does his nails, ears, and dry him. Recommendedhad the best experience here today with my pup. they were extremely attentive to my dog and did a great job on his mini groom. staff was incredibly sweet and can’t wait to see the halloween pictures they took of him! they understood the type of cut he got based upon his breed (even though i wrote a note 😂) they treated him like he was their own pup! can’t wait to take him back!

RecommendedCame here upon a friend's recommendation and was not disappointed. I really don't know much about grooming, but luckily they do. Brought in a yorkie mix who looked like a dust mop before, and she came out looking and feeling like a new dog. She seemed very pleased with her new haircut.
