Jennifer and her staff have never failed to meet my high expectations especially when I bring Teddy in and don't exactly know what I want. They listen, offer advice, and rock as groomers! Thanks everyone!

I have never had a better grooming experience, and have been to many expert groomers in three different states over the past 6 years. Jeff and Jen obviously are a cut above the rest, and Preston has never looked this good, with really reasonable prices for everything. I just moved here, and am so happy to have found them - have a monthly grooming booked going forward.

I was very impressed with the customer care, calling in a pinch they were very caring and worked with me and Lizzy. The feel of the place is "Happy" as the dogs and people were so easy going..not a lot of stressful barking either. Her groom was perfect, she seemed relaxed and I will be bring her back for sure.

Charlie's is wonderful. They love our baby Zeke as much as we do. They meet you at the door with excitement to care for your pet and they give you comfort in knowledge my your pet is well cared for. We love Charlie's!

I brought an approx. 8 month old kitten that was found at a job site in the Virginia mountains. The abandoned kitten was definitely in need on a good groom. I was so pleased with Charlie's Place! Not only did my kitten come home clean, more importantly, he came home happy! He was so calm and relaxed! Charlie's Place definitely loves the pets in their care. I would not hesitate to book an appointment.

Another great time at Charlie's Place Pet Spa and Boutique. They are wonderful; not just the full service grooming but the care and attention that they give my dogs. My dachshunds love going, I open the door and they just run right in. They are always completely relaxed and content when I pick them up and they are clean, manicured nice smelling and soft. Watching everyone interacting with the different dogs you can tell they truly love what they're doing. Toby and Wienie give them 5 stars�����.
