RecommendedGracie got groomed yesterday by Jennifer for the first time and I would highly recommend her!! Gracie usually has separation anxiety and doesn’t like to be away from me but she took immediately to Jennifer and barely noticed I was leaving lol Jennifer did an excellent job with Gracie’s groom. She looks amazing!! Plus she took this totally adorable picture of her afterwards 😊💗
Very unorganized and unprofessional. You can tell them something 10 times and they forget. The guys there are more interested in flirting with girls then getting the job done. The owner is clueless and can't remember anything. They couldn't even find my dog. They told me to write down what the dog looks like when I came to pick it up.
Very disappointing customer service after they shaved my golden doodle extremely short. I’ve been taking her there every 7 weeks for almost two years and I was suppose to hear back from the manager, and I’ve heard nothing! You just lost a loyal customer!

RecommendedThis place is awesome. Brought my foster dog here to get a Christmas spruce up and they were great. So kind a gentle with him especially since we don’t know if he’s ever had a bath before. Great place. I will be back with my other 2 boxers.

RecommendedI always receive great customer service! Never a bad experience. Even my dog, who never allows anyone to trim her nails, let the staff do it with ease. The staff is amazing and really know how to groom your pet. 10/10 I recommend them to everyone I know with pets.
RecommendedOur pup had his first trip to Charlie’s and I can say we have found our new groomer. He was pampered and treated like one of their fur babies. They really love every animal that comes through the door and you can tell. Thank you for loving my pup and giving him the best service possible!
RecommendedBest thing to hit Portage in a while! Girls are great with the dogs. They come to your home & the van is self contained, they are always on time, friendly girls!
