We love Charlie's Place. They take excellent care of our dog, Rory. We wouldn't let anyone else groom her. We highly recommend Charlie's Place!

They do a fantastic job every time! They know our dogs by name and treat them like their own. They go above and beyond and take such great care of their clients. Love the staff at Charlie's and would highly recommend!!

Today was my princess', Jersey, first visit. Not sure who was more apprehensive - her or me! Lol I was immediately put at ease & they even sent me a video to show me how she was doing so well. She was so happy when she was done because she looked so beautiful & I could tell she was happy. We will definitely be coming back and I'll be bringing my Shandi bug in as well!! Thank you!!!!

Even though I don't live in Gainesville anymore, I still only ever go to Charlie's Place for April's baths/nail trims/grooming. They are incredibly capable groomers, but even more important, they're patient with dogs who are timid and scared. They were a huge part of April's growth. She's come a long way with new people, new places, and new experiences thanks to them.
