Waited at the Drive Thru window for over 10 minutes for one iced coffee. I will say, the coffee is good, but not worth a 10+ minute wait on your way to work.
Remarkably inefficient serving line. A good manager would help them make much more money. Half hour in line. Not doing so well
Great atmosphere even better Chai tea. I was on vacation when I visited here.
Avoid the chili and soups sandwiches were good Handi cap parking is a bit of a joke

Worst customer service ever. I do not understand how this place is even still open!! Management doesn't exist here.
So for 3 years I was a faithful customer, getting coffee there at least 5 times a week. Over the last 3 months I've used your drive through at various times of day for coffee. Everytime, literally every time I waited over 15 minutes for a black coffee. That's unreal. With so many other choices that are reasonable, in done with you. Goodbye.
While I love your coffee I'm more impressed with your consistency in screwing up my drive through orders, followed up closely by your lack of caring. Top shelf coffee though.
