If I'd reviewed before today, I'd probably give a 4 or 5. Today I planned on getting a chai and a muffin, but I never got to order. I sat in the front of the drive-thru line for 15 minutes waiting for someone to take my order before leaving. There were several cars behind me also waiting. Really unimpressed with the service today.
Coffee and Tiramisu were great. Bathrooms were dirty, no toilet paper, and soap dispenser too high for someone in a wheelchair to reach. I've never had to reach above my head (5'9") to get soap from a dispenser. I was given a fork that looks like it was chewed up in the garbage disposal. �

This place grabbed my soul the first time I stepped inside. Great coffee, food, AND atmosphere. Awesome.
Great coffee, good service and fun to sit and watch people. But for gods sake BUS YOUR TABLE they have dish tubs and garbage cans for a reason! If you don't expect to get dirty looks from other patrons who have to do it for you when staff is busy!!
Love all the drinks. My favorite is the strawberry banana smoothie ����the cookies are so good too � the people working here are super friendly too.
I'm giving this a 4. The parking, getting in and out not the easiest. Good food, good coffee. Baked goods leave a bit to be desired. Could use larger meeting rooms. That aside, I enjoy going there and the experiences I've had. I will be back!
