LUUUUUVVV this place... super GREAT staff and the place is absolutely charming!
Everything is great, the food, the coffee, the tea, the atmosphere, and the customer service.
It was okay. The baristas are kind and fun. The wrap was average, but no wifi to speak of. Apparently their wifi usually doesn't work, which would have been nice to know before I spent $10 and settled in to work for the day. I won't be coming back.
The coffee is great, it's a great location to meet people, and the atmosphere is friendly. I understand they may be short staffed, but a few problems I would change is maybe having a bus boy to turn over tables because they're usually always dirty, the bathrooms are almost always dirty, the tables are wobbly so my beverage usually spills, it's always so cold no matter the season, and when I generously give a tip the staff don't even have decency to say thank you! Coffee isn’t as good as many other coffee shops in the area but the ice cream is BOMB.
