Hi my name is Rose. I've been coming to Smokey Bones for 9 years with my husband Doug and our family and We love it. We dine here almost every week. Our server tonight is Austin. He is always awesome. We feel like family every time we are here. Shout out to Andy, Dan, Joey, Christine, Ty, chase, Katy B., Todd, Irene. These guys are the best. Excellent service every time. Went here last night and I was very impressed at how courteous the whole staff was! We had a very nice meal, very attentive waitress. We definitely will come again!

Can i give less than one. We just went to Smoky Bones in Lakeland FL for the first time. Watched a manager ajust his "junk" and rezip his fly. Then, believe it or not, delivered food to a guest!! If that wasn't bad enough, HE DID IT AGAIN!! I shouldn't have let it happen once the second time was too much. My husband called him out "loudly". Went in today for lunch and the waitress was friendly but not great at all. Throughout our entire meal we were never offered refills, anytime we asked for something it took way longer than it should have to get to us. At the end, I asked for a box for my food and paid on the kiosk while I waited. I sat and waited 5+ minutes as the waitress chatted it up in the back (I could see her) and ultimately I just left without a box as I was just over the whole experience. Did not have bottle beer did not have ribeye steak my potato was dry. Will not be back ever. you could have offered us a drink or appetizer since you had nothing we wanted at all

The only BarBQ restaurant where 2 people can spend $60 for dinner and go home hungry and we are small people. Serving sizes have been drastically reduced by stacking it on garlic bread. Like no one notices that. Use to be a big fan but not so much now. Spend $60 at Sonny's and you will be taking bags of food home.

Chicken taste like it had been sitting around awhile. Very tough and dried out. Took a long time to be served.
