RecommendedThe food is great. I never had a problem. The customer service is just as good as the food.

Totally disappointed, usually really good service. Someone must of called off or quit cause this place was totally under staffed. Little to none customer service and no more than 10 tables. ZERO management leadership. One waitress was running around with her head cut off, kudos to her for wanting to work hard, while others were in slow motion.
I waited 30 plus minutes for a waitress one never came I asked the hostess was she sure I had a waitress she said yes I waited 10 more minutes stopped a waitress and asked her who my waitress was she said she didn’t know then I asked for a manager she went up by the wait station never asked for a manager just sat there with the other wait staff talking I finally just left horrible service
We weren't even ACKNOWLEDGED as we sat waiting at the bar on (8/17 at 3:40PM) with 3 employees behind the bar & a party of 3 just down from us. Nobody else seated. Not like they were busy!! We left & went across the road to O'Charlies where we were greeted immediately, seated, had a waitress named Liz asking for our drink order as she handed us menus. We wanted for nothing there! Gotta tell you. The only good thing about Smokey bones is the bartender Ryan. He is the only reason this place could possibly still be open. The decor needs a remodel and the food needs to be cooked correctly. If I wanted beef jerky instead of sausage I would have went to speedway. It’s especially upsetting seeing as I was the only person in the whole building besides the staff. Tell Ryan how awesome he is since not even the manager can do what he does.
So because you cant call ahead for a large party the service for a group of 10 that arrived 45mins after opening was very poor. Ive been here since 1130am its now 1:52 all we want to do is pay what we owe and leave. Food is good service is slow. Im late for work.
