Food was delicious and the waitress was friendly and attentive. My wife enjoyed the Dragon Slayor cocktail!
My boyfriend and I recently went there and the service was terrible. Our server came to our table get get us drinks and then preceded to take a table (who was after us) order before ours. This was new years day at 7pm, not many people were our. She was also very forgetful. And didn't seem to be paying much attention as she was texting. I think she might have been drunk with the way she was acting. I liked Smokey Bones, but this is not the first time the the service has been poor. I'm not sure if I'd want to go back.

Had the tender Prime Rib!! could hardly cut it with a knife is was so tough!! I except some fat on this type of cut but it a was excessive. had this server Ashlyn before, does not do a nice job, never comes back to check on you or ask how the food is!

Went for prime rib Friday. They were out of it even though the special runs thru Sunday. Then we're out of the brisket too. Manager nowhere to be seen. No utensils had to get them ourself. Waitress disappeared until the end when we were wondering who to pay while being ignored. Shame on this place. Won't be back.
I normally don't do things like this but my experience here tonight was ridiculous. They were out of practically everything. The manager at Smokey Bones in Greensburg really needs to step up. Not blaming the waitresses at all because it isn't there fault but how can you be out of brisket, prime rib, pulled pork, half chicken, AND sliced chicken.
