Can’t say I’ve had worse service than at this establishment. Went here for the first time tonight after a business meeting for dinner. We stood at the front desk forever. At LEAST 5 different employees walked passed without greeting us. The place was not busy and waitresses were standing around drinking water. Finally a bus boy came over and seated us. After today, I will not be returning to this restaurant. My husband and I have eaten here too many times to count, but today was the final time. I just can't understand how basically every time I special order my sandwiches the cook staff can't seem to get it right. Every time (but once) when I ordered a sandwich with no onions, it comes out with onions on it. However today was the absolute worst.
