Worst dining experience EVER. French dip sauce was inedible..so salty. So, dinner was ruined. Waitness just said 'yes, it's salty". Manager said "It is salty because we smoke it..if it's extremely salty I guess I have some investigating to do" No offer to substitute another entree.Then when our bill was presented, we asked why our reward was not taken off. #greensburgpa We sat there for 45 minutes waiting on our food (a table of 4 people mind you). Then a table of 9 people came in 20 minutes after us. Ordered, they received food way before us. I said to the manager about our wait for food and suddenly appeared our food asap. It had been sitting for at least 25 minutes done, the 10oz steak was tough, didn't receive my salad waitress poured water in my fiance's Sprite, the manager did however fix the issue, wasn't looking for free food, wasn't the managers problem. 3rd straight visit and no white meat chicken. Restroom is still a disaster, urine on floor bucket under urinal.. my wife likes the food or I would NOT patronize this place.
