Don't make guests wait over an hour... And when they complain shut your mouth and listen before chiming in you understand... because you don't or there would not have been this problem to begin with... watched four tables that were seated after us order, receive there order, eat and pay... you are complete embarrassment to industry and profession and if that is the best you can do... you may need to reevaluate your life choices...
Terrible, awful service. We stood and waited at the podium for 10 minutes while two “servers” made eye contact several times, yet never managed to get us seated. The dining area was completely empty. A few stragglers at the bar, which appeared to be the focus of their attention. Late night hours? No. A joke. Serve somebody with allergies food that they could not eat person ended up sick and in the hospital and the staff there didn’t even care the managers did not even come over to the table to apologize save yourself run
I'm not one to give a bad review but I feel as though my complaints are justified. First off the food was good until my daughter found a hair under her baked potato after she was done eating. It wasn't hers. When we got there at 5 pm we were told there was a half hour wait. The restaurant had more empty tables than full. All of a sudden a bunch of servers showed up apparently late for their shifts. We were put in the very back, waited 50 minutes for our food. Our experience doesn’t even deserve one star. Our visit started off with being told we would have to wait a half an hour to be seated when every table in the restaurant except four tables were empty. There was dirty water all over the floor and you could see the same water on the kitchen floor. A few moments later 6 employees came running though the door past us and the rest of of people waiting. Very disappointed with this place. Was here a few years ago, things have gone downhill since then. Trash in the parking lot/shrubbery. Chairs, bar and menus were dirty/sticky. Food was barely warm and not as described in the menu. It appears to me that the owner does not care about the facility, and that attitude has permeated the staff. Lone bright spot was the bartender Aaron. Very disappointed.

Ok, so I wanted to treat my Husband to dinner last night and we heard about Smokey Bones all you can eat taco and we thought that would be prefect, but we were WRONG!! When we walked in there was no people but at the bar so it wasn't packed at all. There were plenty workers standing around but no one notice us come in.
