At Smokey Bones, we specialize in three things: good food, good drinks and good times. We are a bar and fire grill, but not necessarily in that order. We are grill masters who respect the power of the open flame. We like simple, yet flavorful recipes and believe marinating is not to be taken lightly. Service was ok, I didn't like being walked straight to the back of the restaurant, when there were SEVERAL tables available closer... The portions were very small for the money that they change... I guess that there's a first time for almost everything... I'm not likely to patronize that establishment again...

The bartender took our drink and appetizer order and those arrived in good order. Then when we ordered our meal it took 1-1/2 hours to get our food. While waiting for our meal we ordered a second round of drinks which took 35 minutes to arrive. The waiter said the kitchen was running behind and they were under staffed. We bussed our own dirty glasses and appetizer plates onto a table that still had dirty dishes covering it. Walked in stood there for a good 5-7 min, 3 servers and bus boy passed is not one said hello or we will be right with you. A family on their way out yelled "hey you have customers waiting to be seated" mind you we were the only people in the lobby. They are not the friendliest bunch whatsoever and that isn't my first time there - probably will be the last though. Soggy bun, microwaved soft pretzels that were chewy and gross... no friendly servers whatsoever.... save your money go to any chain in that strip - the only positiv... read more
