At Smokey Bones, we specialize in three things: good food, good drinks and good times. We are a bar and fire grill, but not necessarily in that order. We are grill masters who respect the power of the open flame. We like simple, yet flavorful recipes and believe marinating is not to be taken lightly. We were told our wait would be 30 minutes. We waited well over an hour. When we were finally seated, we discovered that an entire section of the place was basically EMPTY! There was absolutely no reason for us to have waited that long.
The service was great and the baby back ribs with brown sugar coating was superb.
Bartender was awesome! Great personality, great service. Food was good as well, but I did not care for the fire grilled corn.
The food was great the place was dirty as hell they were food all over the carpet on the floor underneath our table and also the adjoining tables had food all over the place and food also in the middle of the floor and nobody made an attempt to pick it up the table behind us had plates and glasses on the people before in the whole time we were there and nobody came to clean it up

Great service, yummy food, drinks, and how do they make that brown sugar glaze sauce they put on their wings? That's my next mission to find out how they make it and try to copy it at home �
This place couldn't even make a cheese burger right not satisfied
