Took almost 10 minutes for someone to come to our table after we were seated in the bar, as we requested, because the Masters was on. When I finally asked a waitress if we could get a drink, she seemed surprised to find out we didn't have a waitress and no one had yet waited on us. The food was mediocre, fries were lukewarm at best, the greens in our salad were obviously old and shriveled, and ribs were dry. My husband said wings were good. Normally we have great service but tonight was horrible. 45 minute wait for food after we ordered and it was likewarm at best. Drew the manager was great listening to the issues, apologized and was very good to us.
Looks like they have great food. Really enjoyed the brisket sandwich
Went to dinner here last night and should've just gone to City Barbecue. Got seated right away but our server took his time getting to us and once he did, he complained about his night. Once he took our drink order, which took a while to get, it was even longer for him to take our food order. We placed our order and what seemed like about the time our food should be coming out, we were informed that something we had ordered had run out, and had done so about an hour before we got there. I love it..good food ,good people and fast service!!!
One star because ZERO wasn't an option....I will never set foot in this place again.This was absolutely the worst restaurant experience I have ever endured.
