The food was great as well as the service. I eat here when ever I am in the area.
Visited there July 4th with a party of 6 at the Grovecity Oh location..got there at 4oclock..several amount of tables were empty. Finally got seated at 449...took 18 minutes to be waited on..several other people waiting on seating..the manager told the waiting guest they were waiting to seat because they didn't want to over welm servers...was under staffed.. food took 25 minutes to come out..finally left at 745..poor excuse for service
The food wasn't good at all I sent several items back
They changed the menu since we where here last. Server didn't check on us, and food was almost average at best. And pricey for the quality and service. I will not eat here again...
Great service! Food is delish, especially if you love BBQ :) We love the selection of BBQ at each of the tables!!
I truly loved the food so much that went there 2 days out of the week for over a year. But I was told I couldn't use my rewards card because they switch to the app only. And I have no space on my phone for another app so I stopped going and found another restaurant to order from.
