I don’t even know what to say. It was that bad. The wait for the food was over an hour. Food was thrown on the plate, no presentation at all. Manager never did table checks nor did they offer to take anything off of our check for the inconvenience.
We had a party of nine and had a 1.5 hour wait and a 1 wait to receive a meal that was served luke warm at best. We will not return slow and poor service .
Had an awesome time (like always) tonight for wing night. Thanks O’Mard for the great service! We’ll be back next Monday.
We had the nachos as an appetizer there was BARELY cheese on them. The Chips tasted so old they weren’t even crunchy more stale like. They had absolutely no taste it was disgusting and they only took 10% off even tho we didn’t even eat them. The Ribs were alright they weren’t that hot when they came out. The pulled pork was VERY dry, the sliced chicken was VERY dry and cold. Pulled Pork Street Tacos were pretty good...could've been a little warmer when brought to the table...first time eating here, but I'll give it another shot
We walked in and was told there was a 20 minute wait. However there was half the tables were empty. More people came in and everyone was told there was a wait. While there was 2 groups seated. After that the hostess was told not to seat anyone until told to do so. After an hour wait we walked out!! I told the hostess I was done waiting and told others to forget it. Staff is very pleasant, hostess Amber was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. My friend was not to fond of the sauce on her wings and The kitchen manager Kyle Adams provided a complementary plate of wings to ensure that we were satisfied... will definitely will return...
The service was outstanding, needed to change tables, staff was very accommodating, food and drinks were excellent.
