Erica was great and on point. The food was really good. Can't wait to come back.
Food was not good, over priced & took forever to get the food
Mother's Day and I wanted ribs! So one of my lovely daugthers suggested Smokeybones. We walked in and was told a 15 minute wait; no problem its expected on this day (2 families in front of us). We looked around and there was barely anyone there. 22minutes later, we were buzzed and taken to a table. 7 minutes later a waitress approach our table and tells us sorry, no one told her we were there. If I could give a negative rating I would. We went for lunch and there were only four other tables occupied when we were seated. The waitress, who had zero personality and never smiled, brought our drinks and then disappeared. After finally ordering, we sat for well over thirty minutes. Nobody stopped by to check on or update us on to why the wait was so long. I finally had enough because I had an appointment to get to and asked for the check without receiving our meals. I Called there tonight to order wings at 1:35am, the kitchen closed at 1:30 but on the website they don't close until 2am? plus the ribs hasn't tasted the same in about a year.
