I can't even put into words what a terrible day I have had UNTIL I walked into Smokey Bones bar and Firegrill!! The customer service I received was phenomenal....the food was spectacular...beverage was cold and refreshing but above all else the atmosphere was PRICELESS!! Tara and Jeff you 2 genuinely made my lunch experience worthy of 10 stars!!! Keep it up I'll be back with friends in tow!!!
Awesome food and service, Husband was happy so was I.
First time visiting this franchise location and I was not disappointed. My wife and I had Trey as our waiter. He is quite possibly the best waiter I have had since I have been in the Fayetteville area. Very friendly and personable, and improved upon the previous experiences I have had at other Smokey Bones.
We had the baby back combo & it was wonderful Service was a tad slow but good
