Great brisket. Pulled BBQ was good. Awesome baked beans.�������
Went with some out of town family. Horrible experience. Food was messed up. Done didn't get anything like what they actually ordered. Waitress did she was new but was given out party of 8.

So my husband and I were looking for a spot to have lunch today so we stopped in at Smokey Bones. We had the most amazing server named Kim. Such a beautiful personality, knowledgeable, and professional. The food was so good. Wish I could have tried everything today. We will be back repeatedly and we will definitely ask for Kim!!!
If I could give zero stars I would. They had one waiter for a party of 13 to start. The orders were all mixed up, took over an hour for the food to arrive, and the wait time to get our checks was absolutely ridiculous. I will not be returning there again and if you're reading this I recommend you take your business elsewhere.
The food today at Smokey Bones was terrific and Kim our waitress was exceptional!

The food is great, but sitting at the bar I finished my drink right after my food came out. Was never asked if I wanted another... and other than the food being delivered I was never approached until I flagged someone down to pay my bill.

We had a party of 17. We only had 1 waitress serving us even tho we had asked at the beginning if we could have 2. It took forever to get our food ordered. When our food finally arrived one person let the waitress know that her baked potato wasn't done that it was hard and there was something in her salad not right. She was told that "she didn't make it". Another's order was given a baked potato when she ordered the loaded baked potato and had burnt garlic bread. Another was asked if she wanted another beer. I went to Smokey Bones on 7 April 2017. Best service I ever got. There was an Alisha and a Melissa working behind the bar, and although it's not rocket science to pour a beer, they were just absolutely phenomenal. The St. Louis ribs were on point! The rebel IPA was cold and delicious and your bartenders looked nice and could hold a conversation 10 out of 10 would definitely go again!
