Food was excellent. Sat at the bar and watched a customer tell the bartender how to train the new bartender. If this is part of management staff they need to learn what looks bad to their customers.

Service was poor, at best. The waitress was frazzled, because the place was super understaffed, and busy... She explained that after we sat down... after having waited, already for 30 minutes with 5 kids.... we had hungry kids and weren't waiting through another 30 mins somewhere else. I wish they HAD just told us to find somewhere else. Took a bit for the waitress to even acknowledge us... we got out drinks after a bit of a wait... the kids meals came out with the appetizers, as it should... But they put the wrong pasta, on... read more

Smokey bones it the place to go. Mike lewis was a great bartender. Very nice and enjoyable :)
Service was bad...food was cold...not enough light.
My family and I ate at Smokey Bones on Sunday February 12, 2017. We had the best service, the best food and loved that the restaurant was so clean!! It is not often I can go to a restaurant and get a turkery burger. So good!!
Our experience was awful. We waited forever for our food and when it came it was cold, had to send it back, it took even longer to get hot fresh food. I was very disappointed with this visit. We won't be going back.
