Went to the restaurant tonight placed our order around 6:30. The service was very poor. We were the first ones on that side. The waiter was awful he took our order for drinks and forgot, came back to take the order again. I feel it was racial profiling because others of non color came in were served and left before we even got our food. At 7:10 the waiter brought one salad and six wings, nothing to eat the salad with. I have been several times. I have always had prompt service. My last time going. James I think his name was. The bartender. Did a fantastic job. I am very easy to please. I normally don't put comments. He just was a pleasant server and it should be known.

got a coupon for 10$ in the mail, and decided to try it with 4 of my friends, was a big big fiasco, the girl at the front desk argued betewn then about the waiting time one said 20 minutes and the other say no way much longer,, there were tables empty a lot of them and about 5 family in front of us , my son asked and they told him, they were short or help,,what ???? we went at 6 pm got sit at 7pm, waited 15 minutes for the server, waited about half an hour for the drink.they didn't offer the special of the day, waiting long ... read more

Food was very good. Chelsea M. was our server. She did an excellent job keeping our drinks filled and getting us our food quickly. She was also very pleasant to talk to. 5 stars all the way around:)!

Went on a Monday night for all-you-can-eat wings. Pretty good sauces and fries though I would say one batch of the smoked wings I got could have been cooked a bit longer. Will likely go back but not in a rush.

My family and I had Austin as our server on Saturday and we're thoroughly impressed with both the amazing service and the amazing food. The tacos were the best! Will return soon and definitely will request Austin again.

This is becoming my new favorite spot to eat. Make sure to ask for Austin to serve you if he's available, we ask specifically for him each time we go to Smokey Bones. Also definitely recommend the BBQ pulled pork, it's delicious! We can't wait to go back �

The service was amazing especially the person who attended to me and my party. Austin is great, very attentive and helpful. The food is delicious. The atmosphere is very friendly!
