Waited for 1/2 an hour for a seat for 2. Restaurant was literally EMPTY! Lobby was filled with ppl waiting. After waiting for so long and noticing that NOONE was seated, we left. The manager did tell us on our way out they didn't have the wait staff working yet?? They were "trickling " in. Saturday at 5 pm and you don't have servers?? RIDICULOUS!
30 min wait.nobody seated at all.short staffed on a Sat night in literally an empty restaurant.they could have at least had the courtesy to tell people instead of letting them just stand there.poor excuse for customer service.ended up at hair of the dog eatery.thanks smokey bones,without you I would have never found this place.
I can't complain the food was good and service was excellent
Every time I take my family here the service is always spot on and the food is to die for wish this place was in Williamsburg

What can I say except..... This is some of the best eats ever. The fried pickles are soooooooo delicious. I had the BBQ chicken and it is mouth watering juicy. They are NOT skimpy on servings. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was friendly and great. The ribs were "shut your mouth, slap your momma" good. I highly recommend you give them a go. I'll be going back soon. Love it, love it, LOVE IT.

Never had a bad dining experience here. By far my favorite fall-off the bones ribs! Went last night and our server was excellent. She was very attenative and friendly.

It was EXCEPTIONAL! !! The ribs were soooo tender and the sauce was phenomenal! Customer Service was excellent! Quality was far greater than Greensboro, NC Smokey Bones. Keep up the good work! My son praised God every time he took a bite a food! LOL!
Horrible food. Brisket was cold and chewy. Horrible service.
