Your food is always good!! Just need to work on staffing and promptness of service and I would give you 5 stars! Again the food is never disappointing!!
I used to love this place but the service got bad and they stopped smoking the smoked wings ...please it seem as if the prices went up but the quality and quantity decreased...
Food was delicious....prepared perfectly!!! Hubby loved the cornbread so much we got some to take home. Restaurant was clean and waitress was very professional and sweet. We will definitely be back!

Worst restaurant ever, I'm not sure if all of them are this way but the Virginia Beach one gave me the worst dining service ever! Extremely pissed at management!!

My Wife And I Visited Smokey Bones A Few Days Ago For The First Time And Had A Great Experience! We Were Seated In Less Than 2 Minutes, And Asked If We'd Prefer A Booth Or Table. Our waitress got to us within a few minutes, and also mentioned some of the best entrees they had to serve there. We waited about 10 minutes for our appetizer, and our food came out about 5 minutes later. Overall, we had quick, knowledgeable and friendly service!! And the Brisket and Steak were AWESOME!!!!!!

The setting was beautiful. The service was spectacular. The food was delicious. The only problem was that my pina colada didn't have enough alcohol in it. But I can honestly say that I will definitely return to this beautiful restaurant. 04/10/2017

We sat at the bar and ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and the smokehouse chicken platter at about 8 and it came out an hour later only after we asked about it. To make matters worse, we received a Turkey burger instead of a grilled chicken sandwich. We will not be back. Save your money and go somewhere else.
My family and I visited the restaurant over the weekend we were told it would be 20 to 25 minutes before we could be seated yet half the restaurant was empty then once we were seated she tried to fit 6 people into one of the side booths. Then despite it being just 6:30pm I was told you were out of brisket and you didn't even have any clean glasses for the server to give us water in we had to drink from plastic cups.
