I grew up and out on it, it is the Best Sausage you will ever eat anywhere in Texas.
The brisket was over-cooked, tended to be dry and a bit tough; the pork chop was dry, on the other hand, the prime rib was very good--the only thing that was. Potato salad and pinto beans were OK, but nothing to get excited about. I had ordered a link of jalapeño sausage, but they forgot to actually include it in the order and I didn't feel like returning to the cooking area to reorder it. There are two ways to pay and that is Cash or Checks. You get the meats at entrance but you get the sides further inside. So you need to have a strategy to enjoy the experience. But wow, its good. I like the beef and sausage. Buy serano, cheese, avocado and onion. Drain the sausage cause it is greezzyy, if you know what I mean. Wash it down with a big red is always good. Love it.
