We had someone scheduled to come install our garage door opener at 4 and at 4:55 we hadn't heard anything. I called and spoke with Sarah and could hear a man in the background say he wasn't going to talk with me and that he called 3 times and left me a voicemail but I hadn't gotten a call or voicemail. Bad customer service, owner was rude, and they didn’t finish the job! Do not recommend at all!!
Very poor customer service. Originally told 3 weeks. Guy comes to get parts list, says it’ll only be a week or so for the parts and he’ll be out of town for a long weekend. We call about 2 weeks later to see where things are at and find the parts are in, but it’s now going to be 3-4 more weeks. Funny how he was Johnny on the spot when he installed the new door, but now it’s time for a repair and we are getting pushed back.
Is Alan Smith Committing Fraud? they were hired to install 3 garage doors for me I send 50% down payment over $2300.00 and they called 1 week before install said they need the other 50% to complete my Job!!! I asked what did you do with my money??? they said they spent it. I had them cancel the order with manufacturer and had another company intercept the doors order and Another Door company will complete the project. They have REFUSED to refund after several attempts to my money. I am in the process of taking them to court.... read more
