Sales representative contacted me and offered to help with any questions I might have. They also lowered the price a few days later.
After an initial email we jumped on a call to discuss the car. They went out and took a LOT of detailed interior and exterior photos for me. We discussed numbers and their no haggle process was excellent. They only charged me an additional $80 processing fee. I went the next day and bought the car. I highly recommend Smith Volvo to anyone looking for a high end car!
It was a pleasant and easy buying experience. We knew what we were looking for and handled the majority of the paperwork before we showed up to purchase the car.

I was thinking of having this car delivered to my home in Ohio but decided the cost would be prohibitive. Someone contacted me immediately and offered to check on transportation from California to Ohio. Very helpful.
Very frustrating. After one e-mail from Sam thru Car Gurus that the Aston was still available Sam did not return e-mails or phone calls. Then Car Gurus sent me an e-mail saying it had been sold. Now a week later it's back for sale again for $5000 more than it was a week ago. Seems like a variation of bait and switch. Sadly if someone would call me back or e-mail and work with me a little I'd probably still buy it I doubt that will happen.
Blatant liars! I contacted them (Sam) to confirm two trim/packages on a Volvo by phone and text message and was confirmed YES both times. I also reiterated that I will be driving 4 hours and want to make sure this is the car trim I want. During the test drive, attempting to test the adaptive cruise control he had me come a few feet from the vehicle ahead on the HWY before I put on the brakes.
