Excellent all around...
I inquired about a 2012 Cayman R Smith Volvo had available. The dealer sent me data on the vehicle which seems in top condition but lacked some of the features I wanted. Over all experience, however was excellent.
I just recently purchase a car from Smith Volvo and had a very positive experience. The dealer I worked with was fair and friendly. I would recommend Smith Vovlo to my friends.
They gave me the info I asked for and that was it. They didn't continue contacting me with other offers. They were polite and articulate. They ultimately didn't have what I was looking for but they were just as polite when they said goodbye as when they said hello. Excellent.

There new sales staff was really helpfull
The salesman (owners son) told me the car was detailed and ready to drive home. We made arrangements to meet on Saturday (a three hour drive one way). The salesman never showed up - the car wasn't detailed and had other cosmetic issues that weren't fixed. The finance manager was rude and our overall experience caused us to decide against working with this dealership. An aweful experience!
