Dealer response saw prompt.
They misled me and did not fulfill their word to me. I wanted to shop with a small, family owned business for the personal service. I was strung along in the hopes I would forget my request for a second key to the vehicle. It's been a month and now they say I have to pay for an additional key. I would have negotiated for one at the time of purchase. Sneaky?
