Had a great experience with my latest purchase from Smith Volvo. Mark was great to deal with made an out of town buying process seamless and hassle free. Would defiantly buy from Smith Volvo agin.
Bought a product from here and it arrived extremely late. In addition to this I did not even get a receipt in my inbox for the product I just bought nor did I get a tracking number sadly. Emailed them about it but got no response.
I bought a part from them and They didn't even send me an email to let me know when it shipped (nor did they give a a tracking number). They didn't even give me a receipt either! So for a week I was wondering if I had gotten scammed. Luckily the part came...VERY LATE. When emailing them about this situation, they tried to sweep it under the rug and claim that they hadn't received any purchase from me for that item. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SHADY PEOPLE!

It was below average. They left the car on empty (no gas) when I purchased it. I didn't feel respected when I was there. The guy kept saying 'the car is used, it's as- is. I felt like since I was not buying a new Volvo there, I was treated like I was buying a pack of gum. At a Nissan dealership I went too, the guy was super friendly and very helpful, although I didn't make a purchase there. Big difference.
I Love Smith’s Volvo, and their Excellent Service to all Volvo Owners! Every time, I go there, they are so accommodating, and friendly.
