Wonderful!
It was below average. They left the car on empty (no gas) when I purchased it. I didn't feel respected when I was there. The guy kept saying 'the car is used, it's as- is. I felt like since I was not buying a new Volvo there, I was treated like I was buying a pack of gum. At a Nissan dealership I went too, the guy was super friendly and very helpful, although I didn't make a purchase there. Big difference.

I give them a three star average and that’s benevolent. Friendly Candor? Yes... till serious questions were presented. Claiming vehicle’s IMS bearing was replaced (per their posted add on Car Gurus) and when questioned several times in a different manner.... I received.. the typical used fly by night used car lot treatment. The “I don’t know response” and would not/could not provide documentation when they claim it was a trade in on a local original owner.
